Common questions
- I forgot my magic-link email. Can you recover my account?
- Email us from the address you originally signed up with and we will help.
- My partner and I want to unlink our couple.
- Either partner can dissolve the couple from the in-app profile screen. Dissolving the couple removes both partners from that shared space and archives its fantasies. It does not delete either account. Contact support if you also want to request deletion of shared content.
- Will I be charged during the beta?
- No. The current beta is free and has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. The planned one-time couple unlock is not available yet, and there is nothing recurring to cancel.
